About the role
The Student Health Services Office Manager supports the holistic well‑being of students by overseeing daily operations across Counseling and Psychiatric Services, Health Education Services, and Student Outreach and Support. This on‑campus position ensures a welcoming, student‑centered environment and smooth coordination among service teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ordering, payment reconciliation, and inventory of office supplies and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, campus partners, and community organizations.
- Assist staff with IT and Human Resources needs, including licensing and certification tracking for providers.
- Oversee daily financial operations and budgeting for the health services department.
- Collaborate with Georgetown departments such as facilities, finance, and UIS to support departmental business.
- Coordinate communication among CAPS clinicians, psychiatrists, SOS, and HES staff to facilitate student access to services.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience managing a college mental‑health office or similar setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle the responsibilities outlined in the role description.
