Maintenance Supervisor – Reserve

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor – Reserve will ensure that the Fountain Lake community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will lead both routine upkeep and resident‑requested repairs while overseeing the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues from resident work orders, adhering to company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready cycle: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule vendors, procure supplies, complete repairs and verify finished work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, scope compliance and corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinate ordering with the Community Manager while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.
• Support the Community Manager with additional maintenance tasks and projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience performing and supervising property‑maintenance tasks in a residential community.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical or structural defects and implement effective repairs.
• Familiarity with work‑order systems, vendor coordination and inventory management.
• Commitment to safety, code compliance and Greystar’s quality standards.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, team members and external contractors.
