About the role
The Accelerated RADAR (Rotational Assignments Developing Alcon Resources) program is a highly selective, enterprise‑wide leadership development initiative designed to fast‑track mid‑career, high‑performing leaders into senior roles within Manufacturing and Quality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete two strategic enterprise rotations (~24 months each) across manufacturing, quality, automation, supply chain or related functions.
- Lead cross‑functional projects that deliver measurable business, risk and performance outcomes.
- Drive innovation, risk management and business continuity through strategic initiatives and a capstone project.
- Build sustainable organizational capability via systems, governance, talent development and continuous improvement.
- Assume increasing scope, complexity and accountability, preparing for senior leadership responsibility.
Required profile
- Mid‑career professionals with a proven record of high performance.
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly gain credibility in unfamiliar technical or functional domains.
- Strong systems thinking and adaptability in global, regulated environments.
- Aspiration to senior leadership roles within operations or quality.
